植物NF-Y转录因子研究进展

摘 要:
真核生物核因子(nuclear factor-Y, NF-Y)转录因子又叫亚铁血红素激活蛋白(heme-activator protein, HAP)或CCAAT结合因子(CCAAT-binding factor, CBF)。 NF-Y是由NF-YA (CBF-B/HAP2)、 NF-YB (CBF-A/HAP3)和NF-YC (CBF-C/HAP5) 3种亚基构成。 NF-YB/C亚基具有组蛋白折叠基序, NF-YB/C与NF-YA或其他转录因子形成复合体以调节下游基因的转录。 NF-Y作为一种重要的转录因子参与植物生长发育和胁迫应答等。本文综述了NF-Y亚基的结构、功能和已鉴定的NF-Y复合体及其分子调控机制, 为人们进行作物遗传改良和农业绿色生产提供了理论依据。

Abstract:
The nuclear factor (NF-Y) transcription factor is also called heme-activator protein (HAP) or CCAAT-binding factor (CBF) in eukaryotes. The NF-Y consists of three subunits, NF-YA (CBF-B/HAP2), NFYB (CBF-A/HAP3) and NF-YC (CBF-A/HAP3). The NF-YB/C subunits contain the histone fold domain (HFD), which interacts with the NF-YA or other transcription factors to form complexes for regulatory transcription of downstream genes. As a crucial transcription factor, NF-Y is involved in growth and development and responds to stress in plant. In this review, we summarized the structure, function of NF-Y subunits, identifed NF-Y complex and molecule regulation mechanism, that supplies the thoretical base for crop improvement and green agriculture production.
